The Clubhouse and its lesuire facilities are open every day from 10:00 and Reception is manned from 15.00 until 20.00 weekdays and Saturdays, and 10:00 to 20:00 on Sundays
To access to the Delamere Park Clubhouse all adult (18+) and junior residents (aged 12-17) require a personal access fob that can be obtained by completing the below application form and submitting a up to date photograph for each applicant to reception. Access fob’s are provided free of charge to all new Delamere Park residents and are available for all permitted tennants for a refundable £5.00 deposit.
Clubhouse signing in system
All visitors need to be signed into the Clubhouse by an authorised resident each time they use the facilities. See the bye-laws for full details of terms of use for the Clubhouse facilities
Any resident over the age of 12 who forgets to bring their access fob with them will be only be permitted entry upon signing in at reception. Access without a fob during those hours when the Reception is closed may not be possible.
Early Access
Early access to the Swimming Pool and Squash Courts is available to all adult residents (18+). Should you wish to use this early access facility you will need to have a personal access fob and complete the early access form below. By signing the enclosed declaration you are agreeing to abide by the rules contained within the from. Early morning access is available from 7.30am Tuesday to Friday and 8.00am Saturday to Monday.
Replacement fobs
If an access fob is lost this should be reported to Reception immediately so that it can be deactivated.
Replacement fobs are available for a non-refundable fee of £5.00 per fob. If you require a replacement fob please complete the replacement fob request from below and return this to reception
Returning fobs
If you are moving off the park please return all access fobs to the Office so that any refunds due (for tennants) can be issued, and so that fobs can be reprogrammed for use by the new owners.
Change of Details
If you are moving from one Delamere Park property to another, or any of your contact details are changing, please inform the Office by completing a change of details form
