The Delamere Park Clubhouse also hosts a Sports Bar and Lounge Facilities exclusively for Residents and their guests. There is also the Park Room, which is a multifunction room ideal for big events.

The Clubhouse Bar & Lounge are also open all day on all Bank Holidays from 12:00 until 23:00, with the exception of Christmas Day, which has special hours that are advertised during December.
Televised Sports in HD
The Sports Bar is equipped with a large Screen High Definition TV in the main bar and a second High Definition TV in the Pool Table area. As televised sporting events continue to be very popular with Residents, the Club has subscribed to a SKY+HD Pack, to bring all the main Sports Channels in High Definition. Two SKY+HD Receivers have been also installed, which allows the screening of different SKY/ESPN/BT Sports channels on two different TVs at the same time and both in High Definition, to cater for Residents who want to watch different games or sports at the same time.
Tuesday Evening Plot Draw
Every Tuesday night there is a Resident Plot Draw in the Bar, which takes place some time between 9:00pm & 10:pm. If a Resident is in the Sports Bar or Lounge, when the draw is made and their Plot Number is drawn they win a cash sum. If the prize is not won, it increases the following week by £25 but you have to be in it … (the Sports Bar or Lounge that is) … to win it! The minimum amount to be won is £200 up to a maximum of £750.
Throughout the night we also run a receipt draw. Every time a purchase is made over the bar you are invited to sign the receipt and a winner is drawn from these after the Plot Draw. However, like the Plot Draw, you must be in the Sports Bar or Lounge at the time of the draw to claim your £10.00 prize and remember, the more purchases you make, the more chances you have of winning.
Wednesday Night – Quiz Night
Wednesday night is our regular quiz night held in the Lounge. The Quiz starts at 8:30pm and there are prizes of a bottle of wine for both a picture quiz and a 40-question general knowledge quiz that can cover practically any aspect of everyday life.
Private Functions
The Park Room is available for hire by Residents for all occasions – be they Birthday or Anniversary Celebrations, Functions or Family Gatherings.
The Bar Manager will be happy to provide assistance in organising your event, (whatever its nature) and will make every effort to satisfy your requirements by arranging event management, catering, organising entertainment or providing just a bar service, whatever is required – please just ask at the bar for details.
