Adults Keep Fit
The Body Balance 60-second exercise plan provides an excellent mix of aerobic, strength, endurance, core stability and flexibility exercises.
The plan is ideal for any age and ability level whether you’re a top athlete or a complete beginner. All can work together in the same exercise
session, by following the circuit and working at your own pace, - you can really push yourself, or take it gently.
If you want to lose weight try resistance exercises to build some lean muscle tissue as this uses up more calories than fat - which burns no calories!
Why not book a fitness test, you can then measure how fit you are getting as time goes on – a big incentive.

What would you like to try? We regularly change the exercises and the format depending on what you want. We have done, juggling, table tennis, ball
skill, running, boxing, and weight training.
Includes a weekly handout on fitness, anatomy, physiology, health, or recipes to help with general knowledge or that all-important homework. For
all levels of ability aged 10-16 yrs.
Classes are held in the Park Room as follows:
- Each Monday – Adults 13:30 - 14:30
- Each Monday – Family 18:00 – 19:00
- Each Thursday – Adults 19.30 – 20:30
