Alan Baskerville the current incumbent, has a number of responsibilities including:

 

·          line management of the gardeners

      and receptionists

 

·          management and monitoring of

      outside contractors including cleaning

      and pool care staff

 

·          budget management and financial

      reconciliation including plot holders

      payments

 

·          responding to plot holders enquiries

      and concerns

 

·          compliance with legislation with regard

      to health and safety and employment

 

·          instituting an effective schedule for

      preventative maintenance throughout

      the Park
