Facilities manager
The post is a part time post of 20 hours per week and the principal role is to assist the trustees in the management of DPML.
This includes several areas of responsibility include line management of the gardeners and receptionists, management and monitoring of outside contractors
including cleaning and pool care staff, budget management and financial reconciliation including administration of plot holders payments and generally
responding to plot holders enquiries and concerns.
In addition the Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation with regard to health and safety and employment and for
instituting an effective schedule for preventative maintenance throughout the Park.
